Another Space Jam? Air Jordan has been quite fond of reliving the Space Jam days when Michael Jordan himself played with Bugs and Daffy in a movie of the same title. Since then, there’s been a lot of Space Jam inspired shoes that were released in the market.

So what makes this one different? It’s a new Air Jordan release – that’s what. With the unquestionable quality that comes with anything made by the Air Jordan line, it’s not surprising that these upcoming kicks are already making quite a stir.
The shoes are done in shades of black and white with a hint of violet. The top portion is black fabric with large threads, creating a textured look. At the bottom encompassing the trim, the sides, and all the way to the heels is a sleek and smooth black that practically reflects light. We’re guessing that if you clean these shoes enough – you can actually use them for mirrors!
The last layers is a translucent violet for an outsole. It’s fairly simple with the typical ribbing you can see from the Air Jordan 11 shadow.
The Jumpman icon can be found on the side, stitched in a shade of violet. It’s a little surprisign why Air Jordan chose this color considering how they usually pair black with white or red. Still, it’s a striking look – especially since it’s set against a black background.
From the back you can seen the number 45 – also stitched onto the cloth, but this time in white coloring. The tongue is kept black with equally black rounded laces. On the center is a strip of cloth with the Jumpman logo, also in violet.
According to news, they’ll be set for release on the 10th of December this year which makes this an end-of-the-year treat. You could give them off as Christmas presents! How much will they cost? They’re priced at $220 and yes – that’s a little more expensive than the typical Air Jordan – but they’re worth it!
Here’s the best part about the Space Jam however – they’re not just built for the male shoe lover. Nope, Nike is releasing family sized shoes which means that if you feel like it, you can buy everyone in the family these kicks – even the baby! The Crib size one is sold for $55 while the Toddler size is at $70 and Pre School for $90. Finally, there’s the Grade School Size which is around $170. What about Mommy? Well, mommy can have a smaller version of the Men’s Size – or something different if they feel like it.
Stay tuned for other Jordan release dates and 23 is back.
